Ocean views, unreal pastries, and the coziest work spot on the beach side.

Bread & Butter has quickly become one of our favorite spots on the beach side of Da Nang — not just because of the view, but because it checks every single box you want in a breakfast-and-work café. With two connected locations (one right on Beach Road and one directly behind it), there’s always space, always good energy, and always the smell of fresh pastries floating through the air.

If sitting at a comfortable table with a clear view of the ocean were the only thing they offered, it would still be worth it. But add in what might genuinely be the best pastries we’ve had anywhere in Asia, and the decision becomes easy: this place is a 5/5 without hesitation.

Their pastry case is packed with choices — flaky, soft, sweet, buttery, and baked perfectly every time. Stacy is obsessed with the Blueberry Cream Puffs, and Mike swears the Chocolate New York Roll is the best he’s had anywhere. Whether you want coffee, tea, hot, cold, breakfast plates, or pastries… you truly can’t go wrong.

It’s also one of the best digital nomad hubs in Da Nang. Come early (before 9 AM) to grab the prime window seats, plug into the free charging ports, and enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi with zero pressure to leave. People stay for hours — laptops, tablets, headphones, full setups, and one guy even had two laptops and a printer. It’s that kind of place.

For a coffee and a pastry, expect to spend around 200K VND (about $8 USD) — although let’s be honest, one pastry is never enough.

Bread & Butter is the definition of easy comfort, good food, and a calm coastal vibe that keeps you coming back again and again.
